Every scheduled departure is capped at 12 travellers, and most run with 6 to 9. Shorter queues at city entrances and room for questions to your Ukrainian-speaking guide are the practical result.

Guide services for every listed day, ground transport between cities, the entrance fees named in the itinerary, and hotel nights with breakfast. Prices are quoted in EUR and include VAT. International flights, travel insurance, city taxes paid at the hotel desk, lunches and dinners unless the itinerary lists them, and personal spending. Nothing else is collected on the road.

Bank transfer or card payment in EUR, both in the traveller's name. You receive a receipt issued to arcaroam.com, EDRPOU 17057872, within two working days of each payment.

Yes. We prepare an invitation letter and a day-by-day itinerary for the consulate, and we walk you through the appointment booking. We cannot promise a decision, and embassy fees are paid straight to the consulate. Details are on the package travel information page.

Cancel 30 or more days before departure and you are refunded everything except the deposit. Inside 30 days we refund whatever the suppliers release back to us. The wording we work from is in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
