In accordance with Directive (EU) 2015/2302 and the Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' dated 15.09.1995, arcaroam.com maintains financial guarantees to refund payments and, where applicable, repatriate travellers in the event of insolvency. Under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023, you have the right to clear information, cancellation rights, and refunds as per the distance contract rules.
